Each week we deliver fresh pasta and delicious sauces to your door ready to cook and eat in under 5 minutes

In 2017 we packed up our possessions and our 6 month old son and went on a tour of Italy to learn the authentic way to make fresh pasta.

Now we deliver fresh pasta and homemade sauces to you.

Made each morning, our pasta is the freshest around. Each dish includes fresh pasta, a delicious homemade sauce and fresh parmesan and can be prepared and ready to eat in under 5 minutes.

How it works?

Each week we’ll deliver you a delicious pasta dish for two, four or six people. Don’t worry – if you’re not home we’ll drop it through the letterbox.

Step One

Each morning James gets to work rolling fresh pasta ready to be delivered to you the same day.

Step Two

Our pasta is delivered to you by one of our lovely team.

Step Three

We introduce you to a delicious new pasta dish each week!

What we’ll send you?

Pasta!

Our pasta is made from delicious St Ewe eggs from Cornwall and the finest Italian flours. Having travelled extensively around Italy, we know what we’re doing!

Sauce

All our sauces are made using the best seasonal British produce, everything we can’t source locally comes direct from Italy. Check out our suppliers to see where we source all our amazing ingredients.

TORTIGLIONI WITH PORK SHOULDER BRAISED IN MILK, LEMON & ROSEMARY

INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold)

Semolina pasta 300g – Semolina wheat flour, water, free range St Ewe egg. Pork sauce 300g – Pork shoulder, lemon juice, tomato, whole milk, celery, white wine (sulphites), carrot, rosemary, bay, garlic, tomato, salt, pepper, olive oil.  Garnish - Pecorino cheese (milk)

FETTUCCINE WITH ROCKET & WILD GARLIC PESTO & GREEN BEANS

INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold)

Fettuccine pasta 300g – 00 wheat flour, free range egg.  Pesto 300g – Almonds (nuts), pine nuts (nuts), rocket, basil, wild garlic, green beans, olive oil, salt, pepper, gran kinara cheese (milk). Garnish - Gran kinara cheese (milk)

Fusilli pasta 300g - Semolina wheat flour, water, free range egg. Courgette sauce 300g – Courgette, garlic, red pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, pomace oil, mint, parsley. Garnish - Gran Kinara cheese (Milk), Pangrattato (wheat)

BEEF & MORTADELLA RAVIOLI WITH SAGE BUTTER

INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold)

Beef & Mortadella ravioli 450g – 00 wheat flour, free range St Ewe egg, celery, ricotta cheese (milk), gran kinara cheese (milk), red wine (sulphites), breadcrumbs (wheat), nutmeg (seeds), pistachio (nuts), carrot, salt, pepper, shallots, garlic, bay, beef chuck, pork mortadella. Garnish 50g - Butter (milk), sage, salt, pepper.
