Bucatini pasta 300g - Semolina wheat flour, cacklebean egg, water. Cacio e pepe sauce 220g - Gran Moravia cheese (milk), butter (milk), salt, pasta water (wheat), organic Tellicherry black pepper. Garnish 15g - Gran Moravia cheese (milk)

Spinach Tagliatelle 280g - 00 wheat flour, spinach, Cacklebean free range egg. Ragu sauce 350g - Beef chuck mince, beef bone marrow, celery, onion, garlic, carrot, salt, pepper, bay, thyme, red wine (sulphites), beef stock, tomato. Cheese garnish 15g - Gran Moravia (milk).

Tonnarelli pasta 300g - Semolina wheat Flour, free range cacklebean egg, water. Crab sauce 270g - Crab meat (crustaceans), San Marzano tomato, garlic, salt, shellfish stock (celery, crustaceans, carrot, onion), pepper, chilli, parsley, olive oil. Garnish 25g - Breadcrumbs (wheat), olive oil, salt, pepper. 

Orechettie pasta 300g - Semolina wheat flour, water.  Tuscan sausage & porcini 330g - Tuscan pork sausage (fennel seed, coriander, black pepper, mace, salt), cream (milk), garlic, celery, pork stock, onion, garlic, carrot, white wine (sulphites), porcini mushroom. Garnish 15g - Gran Moravia cheese (milk)
