Terms & Conditions

  1. The cut-off time for amending or skipping your order is 10 pm, two days before your delivery is due to arrive.
  2. By joining Nonna Tonda you understand that we offer an ongoing weekly delivery service. You can opt out of this at any time by calling us on 020 4538 3991 or emailing hello@nonnatonda.co.uk. We require two days' notice to cancel in advance of an upcoming delivery.
  3. Referral codes are limited to one use per customer. These cannot be used fraudulently and Nonna Tonda reserves the right to change the offer or cancel the codes at any time. 
    1. [3.1] Referrer must have an active subscription.
    2. [3.2] Fraudulent or self-referral voids rewards.
    3. [3.3] Referees must be new customers.
    4. [3.4] Referral codes must be shared for personal and non-commercial use only. Sharing codes on discount sites or for commercial purposes is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
    5. [3.5] *A free box equates to a value of £16.50 (a two portion box) which is
      issued to the advocate after a successful referral.
  4. You’ll receive your deliveries from a Nonna Tonda refrigerated van, cool-box cargo bike or through our delivery partner. All deliveries will contain ice packs to ensure freshness. We don’t guarantee delivery times however will try our best to get to you between 9 am and 6 pm.
  5. Our pasta keeps best in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.
  6. Of course, we wouldn’t want you to, but if you would like to cancel, please give us a call at 020 4538 3991 or email hello@nonnatonda.co.uk.
  7. Payment is taken on the day of delivery to the card stored on file. By signing up for a subscription with Nonna Tonda you consent to the card details being stored securely to charge you for an ongoing subscription.
