Raschera cheese 150g | A delightfully smooth cheese with a subtle nutty flavour, intensifying with age, heralds from the town of Raschera in Piedmont.

Condio cheese 150g | This Venetian delight has a solid centre infused with sweet and pungent spices intertwining beautifully with its history where it was used to trade spices with other Mediterranean countries.

Gratin Blue Cheese 150g | This semi-soft cheese is the perfect combination of tanginess from the blue mould and creamy buttery notes. Predominantly produced in the Piedmont region known for its dairy farming traditions.

Cacciatorino 150g | A rich and savoury flavoured salami made from the highest quality meat is aged for a few months where the flavour intensifies.

Prosciutto 70g | Matured for 30 months In Emilia-Romagna, this prosciutto is sweet and delicate made with only Italian Prok and a touch of salt.
